For those of you not fluent in Gaelic, this greeting translates to "A Hundred Thousand Welcomes".

As you may have already realized, this library has a certain Celtic flair to it, and that's not surprising, as I want to recognize and thank my friend. A colleague and mentor for over fifty years, a certain Irishman, John Allen Byrne, for his many contributions to this library. To help get it off the ground..
